We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay and ZipPay.
2. I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
Shipping companies have the habit to split items of the same order so that some may arrive to your address faster. Please don't be dis-alarmed if you have only received one item, as the other is on its way.
3. Where's my order / How can I track my order?
After you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email specifying to shipment and tracking information. If you haven't received any emails, please don't hesitate to email us and we will follow this up for you
4. Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically Australia wide. If you include your phone number (optional) in the order, this would help us to contact you incase there are any issues in parcel delivery.
5. How long does shipping usually take?
The estimated shipping time for our products is approximately 3 to 10 business days.
*Please note that your parcel may experience delays regarding status updates due to restrictions around Australia, which may impact your parcel delivery time. We hope you can understand and honestly apologise for any inconvenience during these difficult times.
6. Can I cancel my order or change my address after placing an order?
Please contact us ASAP after your order is placed and we will endeavour to do our best to assist you with your order or address change. Please be aware that most of our orders are processed and sent on the same day, hence in some cases it may be difficult to accomodate your request. We ask you to kindly double-check your order as thoroughly as possible to ensure we can provide your items in an efficient manner.
7. I received a damaged or faulty item, what should I do?
Send us an email on info@nouviqueaustralia.com.au with the information regarding the damaged item. Please include some photos/videos demonstrating the issue. A soon as we receive it we will endeavour to rectify your issue as soon as possible.
8. Does my product come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products have a one-year manufacture warranty from the moment you receive them. If an issue occurs, please don't hesitate to send us an email at info@nouviqueaustralia.com.au with your invoice provided. We will verify your item, and it the item is faulty we can definitely arrange a refund or replacement.
9. How long takes to receive my refund?
Refunds can take up-to 5 business days to appear. If you still haven't received your refund up to this time, don't hesitate to email us, we will ensure you funds are returned.
