Regional Areas: Please expect your parcel to arrive within 2-4 Business Days after dispatch. Regional orders may be shipped using Australia Post.
Returns Policy - Change Of Mind
At Nouvique Australia, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and our return policy reflects that commitment. If you have a change of mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, rest assured that we are very accommodating with returns. We promise to refund you promptly, no questions asked.
We accept all returns, i.e. defective items, and also customer remorse, within 30 days from the time the product was delivered.
As a small business, your support means a lot to us, and returning the product by mail using the provided return label after receiving your refund would greatly help us in continuing to serve you better.
In order to return the item, we will email you the return label by mail to download and print. This is for defective products, and customer remorse.
There is no re-stocking fee for the return, and the cost of return to the customer will be the actual cost of return shipping accrued by the customer.

Refund and Replacements

Upon receiving your email, we will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly by offering a replacement or a refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed back into the original account. If you have not received your refund after this period, kindly inform us, and we will promptly address the matter to ensure your satisfaction.
